2015 has been a year of unprecedented activity and increasing impact for the PHG Foundation, with our multidisciplinary team busy on projects ranging from a world first overview of the potential health service impact of pathogen genomics, through to playing a pivotal role in influencing European legislation on in vitro diagnostics.

Our annual review presents a snapshot of some of the many ways in which we work to ‘make a difference’: bringing together evidence and expertise from all those who understand, influence or are impacted by the introduction of new technologies into healthcare systems; and, importantly, developing constructive recommendations on the key changes that can expedite such innovations and patient benefits.
