6 November 2008: SGPPH 3rd Annual General Meeting - Genetic screening: New opportunities, new challenges, new attitudes

The 3rd SGPPH Annual General Meeting will focus on genetic screening.  Seven speakers from multidisciplinary backgrounds will present an analysis of developing technologies, current applications, screening policies and ethical and legal issues, as well as an assessment of the implications for future health delivery and health policy in this field.

Speakers include: Dr Jim Bonham, Dr Tom Dent, Mr Mark Henderson, Dr Anne Mackie, Dr Ainsley Newson, Dr Helen White, Dr Ron Zimmern

11 November 2008: Genomics Momentum 2008 - Focus on Value

Genomics Momentum 2008 will provide a showcase of results to prove that the huge investments in life sciences are beginning to pay off.  At Genomics Momentum 2008 NGI would like to bring together all relevant players and stakeholders in the life sciences to discuss whether we can make the investments in life sciences even more worthwhile?

26 November 2008: International Congress on Chronic Disease Self- Management Australia 2008
