Support staff
Anke Friedrich Administrator Anke has a background in scientific research and she now provides administrative support across a range of activities, but especially in relation to fundraising and development.
Calvin Cheah Systems Developer Calvin is responsible for the design, creation and development of IT systems, both for our website and to support the various strands of our work programme. He also designs much of our in-house communications material.
Carol Lyon Operations Director and Company Secretary Carol has a background in the public sector (in health, education and regional development) and is currently studying for a Masters in voluntary sector management at the Cass Business School. She has been with the Foundation and its predecessors for 12 years and is now responsible for corporate affairs and business development.
Jane Lane Programme Administrator Jane acts as PA for Hilary Burton and Luis Nacul, and is Administrator for the programme team.
Julie Towers Finance Manager Julie is responsible for the day-to-day running of all the Foundation's finances.
Nicola Harvey Administration Manager Nicola acts as PA to Ron Zimmern and Carol Lyon. She also manages the Foundation’s general administrative functions and provides the Board secretariat.
Shelley Gregory-Jones Development Director Shelley joined the Foundation after completing an MBA at the Judge Business School in 2007. She is responsible for fundraising and developing our donor base.
Rebecca Bazeley Marketing and Fundraising Assistant Rebecca joined the Foundation at the beginning of 2011. She is working to raise our profile and increase our donor base.
