Sarah has joined the PHG Foundation on an internship to provide research support on projects including on the clinical applications of long read sequencing and the infectious diseases genomics programme.  Sarah has a Bachelors in Physics, Masters in Computational Biology and studied Medicine, all at the University of Cambridge.  She is an influenza researcher in the Department of Zoology, University of Cambridge, and has worked clinically for two years, in a range of specialties including medical microbiology.
