Nicola is the Administration Manager and Executive PA to the Chairman and Director, managing and maintaining the Foundation’s general administrative and operational functions, she also supports the Business and Operations Manager and provides high levels of executive PA support. Before joining PHG, Nicola gained extensive experience in clinical coordination and specialist operational roles, including serving as Clinic Coordinator for the Genitourinary Medicine Clinic at Addenbrooke’s NHS Hospital Trust.
Nicola brings a wealth of expertise in organisational management and financial oversight to her role. Her professional background includes significant experience with Anglian Water Services Ltd, where she served as a New Initiatives & Learning Specialist, as well as a Debt Recovery Manager and Senior Accounts Technician, specializing in process improvement and departmental support.
